PayDay (VO) (cortometraje) (short film)

Sinopsis cortometraje: James Barnes, a former great bank robber whose specialty was forging (checks), has left his life of crime but has fallen into financial woes. He is faced with the idea of declaring for bankruptcy, which he doesnt want to do. Then, he is confronted by Mr. Anuk and Mr. Suntra, two men from James’ shady past, and they offer him a proposition of one last job, knowing full well of James’ financial issues. James reluctantly accepts. He is then in the midst of a risky job with two men he doesnt trust in Anuk and Suntra, and the mysterious Alex., who is a quiet, but intimidating woman. James makes a rash decision and thus thrown into a deadly game of deception, danger, and greed..it’s Payday.

An entry into the 2011 Indianapolis 48 Hour Film Project.
